Nondiscrimination Statement:


In compliance with state and federal laws, including (but not limited to) Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Equal Pay Act, the Age Discrimination Act, and Titles VI and VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, St. Vincent de Paul Regional Seminary (SVDP) does not engage in any unlawful discrimination on the basis of race, color, national or ethnic origin, sex, pregnancy or familial status, age, disability, genetic information, or status as a veteran (or any other criteria protected by applicable law) in its access to educational programs and activities, treatment of seminary community members, admissions, or with regard to employment, and prohibits discrimination in any education program or activity that it operates. Consistent with applicable laws, SVDP maintain its Catholic character and implements programs, policies, and practices in furtherance of its religious identity and objectives as specifically allowed by state and federal law, including the First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution.
